1. Objectives
- Establishing business cooperation in the field of logistics between Vietnamese enterprises (enterprises that have been and are doing import-export activities with Thailand, potential export enterprises, etc.) and enterprises in Thailand.
- Establishing and strengthening cooperation between the Board of Directors and members of the VALOMA Association with the State management agencies and Thai associations on logistics.
- Accessing and penetrating the trade gateway in Thailand.
- Connecting and exchanging knowledge and experience with Thai experts, learning from experience in developing, managing logistics activities and managing supply chains.
- Connecting with experts, lecturers, and training institutions in Thailand, thereby creating strategic partnerships, implementing training programs, practice, internship, exchanging lecturers and students to improve the quality of human resources of logistics enterprises in particular and the logistics service industry in general.
2. Scale: Expected to have about 30 - 40 delegates.
3. Time: From October 27 to November 2, 2024 (including departure and return days).
4. Location: Thailand.

7. Criteria for selecting participating units:
- Enterprises operating in the logistics sector and suitable for the market, with potential and reputation.
- Personnel participating in the delegation have sufficient professional capacity and qualifications to participate in seminars and trade with international customers.
- Complete the registration form to participate in the program according to the regulations of the National Program on Trade Promotion and make a deposit according to regulations.
8. Costs:
- State support for enterprises participating in the program: Enterprises selected to participate in the program will be supported by the State with 100% round-trip airfare for 01 person/unit participating and the cost of organizing the Conference and Trade in Thailand.
- Expenses that enterprises pay themselves when participating in the Program: Room rental, meals, and other related expenses (if any) other than the supported content.
9. Obligations when participating in the Program
Enterprises participating in the program are responsible for sending appropriate personnel and are fully responsible for the personnel sent to participate in the Program. The sent personnel are obliged to properly and fully participate in the activities of the Program (not to return home before the scheduled time, not to stay abroad beyond the Program's duration), strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the Organizing Committee, the regulations of the laws of Vietnam and the host country.
After the end of the Program, within 07 days, participating enterprises must send to the Vietnam Logistics Human Resources Development Association: Report on operational results (according to the prescribed form); Passport page 01, page with entry and exit stamps in Vietnam and Thailand (Copy); Boarding passes in Vietnam and Thailand.
10. Requirements for Program registration documents
+ Program registration form (according to attached Form 01).
+ Enterprise's decision to send personnel to participate in the Program (according to attached Form 02).
+ Business registration certificate (certified copy, stamped by the unit).
11. Deadline for registration: Before October 21, 2024.

Note: The Program's support subjects are enterprises of all economic sectors, cooperatives, and Vietnamese trade promotion organizations established in accordance with current laws. Organizations not falling under the above subjects will not receive support.
