The objective of the Program is to learn about the demand and potential of exporting Vietnamese goods to the Kansai region, Japan; learn about the infrastructure, warehousing, distribution system of the Kansai region; visit the 2022 Kansai Regional Food Fair and directly participate in trade programs with Japanese businesses in Osaka, Kyoto and Wakayama prefectures; promoting cooperation activities between the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the governments of Osaka, Kyoto, Wakayama provinces and local trade promotion organizations.

Time: expected from 27 to 31 July 2022
Location: Osaka, Kyoto and Wakayama prefectures, Japan.

Participants: Enterprises of all economic sectors, cooperatives, and trade promotion organizations of Vietnam established in accordance with current laws, wishing to learn about the market, do business with Japan.

Criteria for selecting participants: Enterprises with production and trading capabilities in all fields of Vietnam, competitiveness, export capacity, and products with designs and quality suitable for the Japanese market; Some industries are encouraged to participate and are interested in by Japanese enterprises such as: sugar, sugar cane tops, bird's nests, coffee, agricultural products, aquatic products, dried fruits, frozen fruits, household appliances, products from environmentally friendly materials...

Cost:

- Enterprises are covered with expenses to attend trade meetings with Japanese enterprises.

- Enterprises must pay for visa costs, air tickets, meals, hotels, and travel in Japan.

Obligations when participating in the program:

Complete the application for registration to participate in the program and strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the Organizing Committee of the Union.

Requirements for application documents to participate in the Program:

- Business registration certificate (copy of the original, stamped by the unit).

- Application form to participate in the Program (according to the form of the Organizing Committee).

- Decide to send personnel to participate in the program of the enterprise.
