1. Time (expected): From July 17 to 21, 2025.
2. Location: International Exhibition and Convention Center (Lao-Itecc), Vientiane, Laos.
3. Scale: 200 standard booths (3m x 3m), of which the Vietnam Pavilion has about 120 booths of enterprises and units displaying and introducing products and services.
4. Objectives: Promote the national image, image of enterprises and Vietnamese brands; Increase the export of Vietnamese goods with strengths and the ability to develop export markets in Laos and the Northeast of Thailand; Organize a network of goods consumption in the Lao market; Develop investment projects in Laos.
5. Industry: Agricultural and aquatic products and processed food, garment - fashion, electricity - electronics and household appliances, industrial machinery and equipment, construction and building materials, wooden furniture and handicrafts, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and medical equipment, trade services, investment ...
6. Participants: Enterprises, units of economic sectors established in accordance with current laws and trade promotion organizations (provincial/municipal trade promotion centers, industry associations), hereinafter referred to as enterprises.
7. Criteria for selecting enterprises: Enterprises with the capacity to produce and trade competitive goods, export capacity, products with designs and quality suitable for the Lao market, personnel participating in the delegation with professional capacity to participate in international fairs.
8. Costs
a) The State supports enterprises participating in the program: 100% of booth costs; 100% of the total decoration costs of the exhibition area of ​​Vietnamese enterprises at the Fair; 100% of the costs related to export promotion information, inviting visitors to visit and trade at the Fair.

Note: based on the priority industry, each enterprise participating in the program is supported with a maximum of 04 standard booths (3m x 3m = 9m2).

b) Costs that enterprises must bear when participating in the program:
- 100% of entry and exit costs and accommodation during the Fair; 100% of costs related to goods such as: taxes on goods when participating in the Fair, shipping costs, etc.;

- Cost of organizing services to participate in the Fair: 3,000,000 VND/booth (including VAT). The Department of Trade Promotion will notify the payment method after receiving the enterprise's registration documents.
9. Obligations of enterprises when participating in the program
- Complete the registration form to participate in the program (according to the instructions), financial obligations and strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the Organizing Committee of the Delegation;
- After the end of the Fair, within 15 days, enterprises participating in the Fair must send a report of the results (according to the form) to the Department of Trade Promotion;
- For enterprises not selected to participate in the program, the Export Support Center - Department of Trade Promotion will refund the cost of "services for organizing participation in the Fair" to these enterprises within 20 working days from the date of receipt of the enterprise's request for a refund of the deposit.
10. Requirements for the registration form to participate in the program
- Business registration certificate (certified copy, stamped by the unit);
- Application form to participate;
- Business Introduction Information;
- Commitment to participate in the program;
- List of personnel.
Note: When registering to participate, businesses must send an additional soft copy of the Participation Profile to the following addresses: thanglm.vietrade@gmail.com; nguyenlanquynh.vietrade@gmail.com (attach 01 photo of the business logo and 03 product photos to introduce on the Fair's catalogue).
11. Deadline for registration: Before June 15, 2025.
Due to the limited number of booths, the Department of Trade Promotion will officially notify businesses after the list of participating businesses is approved.
