2. Participants: Enterprises of all economic sectors, trade promotion organizations, industry associations established in accordance with current law (hereinafter referred to as enterprises) in the field Product industry: agriculture - fisheries, beverages, processed food.
3. Expenses for participating in the Fair
3.1. State support: 100% of booth costs; 100% of the cost of overall decoration of the display area of ​​Vietnamese enterprises at the Exhibition, 100% of the costs related to export propaganda information, inviting guests to visit and transact at the Fair.
3.2. Expenses paid by businesses when registering to participate in the Fair:
- 100% of immigration, food, accommodation, travel costs...;
- 100% of costs related to goods such as: taxes on goods when participating in the Fair, shipping costs... (The Trade Promotion Department will have specific instructions after receiving registration documents to participate in the Fair. of the enterprise);
- Cost of organizing services to participate in the Fair: 8,000,000 VND/booth (VAT included). The Export Support Center (Cooperative) under the Department of Trade Promotion (organizational service provider) will collect the above costs from businesses participating in the Fair and issue financial invoices to businesses.

4. Requirements for registration documents to participate in the program:
- Business registration certificate (copy of original, stamped by unit);
- Application for participation in Vietnamese and English (forms 1.1 and 1.2 attached);
- List of personnel (attached form 2);
- Commitment to participating in the program (form 3 attached);
- Goods declaration (forms 4a, 4b attached);
- Register for CIIE 2024 Catalog (form 5);
- Report on results of participation in the Fair (form 6)
- Certificate of origin (C/O) for products displayed at the Fair (C/O of that goods can be used for the most recent export).
Note: When registering to participate, businesses must send an additional soft copy of their participation profile to the address: thanglm.vietrade@gmail.com; nguyenlanquynh.vietrade@gmail.com (send along 01 business logo photo and 03 product photos to introduce on the Fair catalog).
5. Criteria for selecting businesses
Businesses registering to participate will be evaluated and selected by the Organizing Committee based on the following criteria: (1) Information declared in the registration application is complete according to the attached forms; (2) The enterprise's export capacity and potential for the Chinese and world markets; (3) Ability to prepare to participate in the fair (displayed products, booth decoration, suitable personnel, experience attending similar international fairs and exhibitions); (4) International quality, food hygiene and safety certificates of the enterprise; (5) Report on the results of the enterprise's participation in previous fairs. In addition, the Organizing Committee will take into account the balance between participating industries (number of businesses in each industry).
6. Deadline to register to participate: Before July 15, 2024. Due to the limited number of booths, the Trade Promotion Department will review the registration documents and officially notify businesses selected to participate. join as soon as possible.
