It is a Sabah State Government event and one of the largest and largest trade shows held in Sabah, Sabah international exhibitions have been held every two years since 2000. It has successfully attracted a total of more than 350,000 visitors. This includes participants from over 50 countries participating as exhibitors and conference delegates.
The organizers of SIE2023 are targeting to allocate 300 booths at the new Sabah International Convention Center (SICC), which is expected to invite the Prime Minister of Malaysia to the opening ceremony. SIE2023 is covering 18 main business sectors, namely Oil & Gas, Agriculture, Palm Oil, Services, Tourism, Fisheries, Green Technology, Food & Beverage, Forestry, Education, Finance , Real Estate/Construction, Interior Design, Automotive, Digital & IT Applications, Machinery, Parts and Furniture. SICC is bounded by the sea on 15 acres and will be the main hub for conference activities and the development of the meeting, promotion, conference and exhibition (M/CE) industry in Sabah.
