As follows: 1. Time (scheduled): From July 27 to July 30, 2023. 2. Venue: At the International Exhibition and Convention Center (Lao-Itecc), Vientiane capital, Laos. 3. Scale: 200 standard booths (3m x 3m), in which the Vietnam Pavilion is about 120 booths of businesses and units displaying and introducing products and services. 4. Objectives: Promote national image, corporate image, Vietnamese brand; To increase the export of Vietnamese products with strengths and the ability to develop export markets in Laos and Northeast Thailand; Organize a network of goods consumption in the Lao market; Developing investment projects in Laos. 5. Categories: Agricultural products, aquatic products and processed foods, apparel - fashion, electrical - electronics and household appliances, industrial machinery and equipment, construction and building materials, furniture and crafts fine arts, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and medical equipment, commercial services, investment... 6. Participants: Enterprises, units of all economic sectors established in accordance with current law and trade promotion organizations (provincial/city trade promotion centers, Industry Association), hereinafter referred to as enterprises.
7. Criteria for selecting enterprises: Enterprises having the capacity to produce and trade in competitive products, export capacity, and products with designs and quality suitable to the Lao market, employees the participation of the delegation has professional ability to participate in international fairs. 8. Costs a) The State supports enterprises participating in the program: 100% of booth costs; 100% of the overall decoration cost of the display area of Vietnamese enterprises at the Fair; 100% of costs related to export propaganda, inviting guests to visit and trade at the Fair. Note: Based on the priority product category, each enterprise participating in the program can support up to 04 standard booths (3m x 3m = 9m2). b) Expenses incurred by enterprises when participating in the program: - 100% of entry and exit costs, meals, accommodation, travel...; 100% of costs related to goods such as: taxes on goods when participating in the Fair, shipping costs...; - Expenses for organizing the fair: 3,000,000 VND/booth (VAT included). The Export Support Center (Cooperative) under the Department of Trade Promotion (organizational service provider) will collect the above costs from businesses participating in the Fair and issue financial invoices to businesses.
8. Obligations of enterprises when participating in the program - Complete the application for registration to participate in the program (according to the instructions), financial obligations and strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the Organizing Committee of the Union; - After the end of the Fair, within 15 days, the enterprises attending the Fair must send a report on the results (under the form) to the Trade Promotion Department; - For businesses that are not selected to participate in the program, the Export Support Center - Trade Promotion Department will refund the cost of "services to participate in the fair" for these businesses within 15 minutes. working days from the date of receipt of the enterprise's written request for deposit refund. 9. Requirements for application documents to participate in the program - Certificate of business registration (copy of the original, stamp of the unit); - Application for participation (form 01 attached); - Information about business introduction (form 02 attached); - Commitment to participate in the program (form 03 attached);

Registration deadline: Before July 6, 2023. Due to the limited number of booths, the Trade Promotion Department, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the two countries will officially notify businesses after the list of participating businesses is approved.
