Vietnam's HDPE pellets exported to the Philippines are not subject to safeguard duty (07/04/2022)

Previously, on June 3, 2022, the Philippine Ministry of Industry and Trade also decided not to apply a safeguard tax on Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) due to the absence of an increase. imports (both in absolute and relative terms) during the investigation period.
