The regulation applies to many products such as flaxseeds, almonds, apricot kernels, cassava roots (fresh, peeled), tapioca flour, cereals, dried fruit, roasted coffee, instant coffee, spices flavors, dried herbs… The above foods that were legally placed on the market before January 1, 2023 can still be marketed until their expiry date.
