The products that Nguyen Phong wishes to process have HS code 3403.19.90.90-8 (Lubricating Preparations Containing Petroleum Oils Or Oils Obtained From Bituminous Minerals) or 2710.19.90.90-8 (Petroleum oils and oils obtained from bituminous minerals, other than crude) with Technical specifications: 0W20~10W40 SP, 15W40-20W50 CF-4, 15W40 CI-4, 5W30~15W40 CK-4, AW68, etc.
