Morpheus technology allows processing all types of waste (except metal, sand and glass) and processing into diesel, gasoline, gas and carbon powder. Morpheus has deployed many projects using this technology in Eastern and Southern Europe, Latin America. Usually after 5-6 years of operation, investors can payback. Morpheus said an investment fund in Dubai is ready to provide almost all of the financing for this project. (The technical information is in the enclosed annex.)
