About SIAL CANADA 2025
SIAL Canada 2025 will focus on introducing and displaying a variety of products, including: SIAL Food – beverages, processed foods, fresh foods and products derived from milk and eggs, SIAL Groceries – equipment and services in the processed food industry, textiles, packaging, new technology.
As usual, within the framework of the exhibition, seminars, conferences, networking activities on the sidelines will be deployed along with competitions such as SIAL Innovation, where global innovations in the F&B industry are displayed and awarded.

SIAL is an exhibition brand of the French Canadian Exhibition Group, headquartered in Quebec, Canada. Every year under the SIAL brand, the group organizes a series of exhibition events in the food industry across continents (France, China, India, Malaysia, the United States, Indonesia, etc.). In Canada, this event is held annually in Montreal or Toronto.
With a good reputation in the field of retail, food service and food processing industry, SIAL Exhibition attracts over 1,000 international companies and brands from 44 countries to participate in displaying and introducing products; over 21,000 experts in the field and visitors from 77 countries with the participation of representatives from all states and provinces of Canada.
According to the assessment of the Vietnam Trade Office in Canada, compared to some other famous food exhibitions and fairs such as Food and Hotel Asia, Gulfood, Aniga fair, Salon gourmets Madrid, Specilaty and Fine Food London, Vinitaly, etc., SIAL Canada has relatively high quality. Survey data from the Exhibition shows that 91% of exhibitors are satisfied with the results of their participation (usually each exhibitor makes about 350 connections and 75% want to continue participating in the next exhibitions.
