Promulgating the framework for assessing the situation of socio-economic development (03/01/2022)
Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai has just signed Decision No. 288/QD-TTg dated February 28, 2022 promulgating the Framework for assessing the implementation of socio-economic development goals to serve the direction and administration of the Government. The Government, the Prime Minister, the People's Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities in the process of organizing the implementation of the socio-economic development plan.
The framework for assessing the implementation of socio-economic development goals includes 5 tables:
Table 1: Some key socio-economic indicators of the whole country;
Table 2: Some key socio-economic indicators of socio-economic regions;
Table 3: Some key socio-economic indicators of key economic regions;
Table 4: Some key socio-economic indicators of the provinces and centrally-run cities;
Table 5: Some indicators related to gross product in the area of socio-economic regions, key economic regions, provinces and cities directly under the Central Government.
In which, some key economic indicators of the whole country include: Gross domestic product (GDP); major balances of the economy such as accumulation, consumption, balance of international payments, state budget, import and export of goods; labor productivity, total factor productivity (TFP); investment, construction; enterprises, cooperatives; Agriculture, forestry and fisheries; Industry and construction; Trade and services; price index.
The main social indicators of the whole country include: Population, labor; education; science and technology; medican; population living standards.
The decision requires ministries, ministerial-level agencies and government-attached agencies to report the results of implementation of the criteria specified in the Evaluation Framework, send it to the Ministry of Planning and Investment before December 20, and update and supplement supplement, and send it to the Ministry of Planning and Investment on March 20 of the following year; at the same time, review proposals for adjustment of socio-economic indicators according to their assigned sectors and fields, in case of necessity, and send them to the Ministry of Planning and Investment to summarize and report to the Prime Minister.
The People's Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities shall assign departments, agencies and sectors in their localities to implement the targets in the Evaluation Framework, and evaluate the situation of socio-economic development on an annual basis every five years. locality; develop a framework to evaluate the implementation of annual and 5-year socio-economic development goals at the district level on the basis of the evaluation framework and the system of statistical indicators at the provincial and district levels...
