Machined glass is glued together by two or more layers of glass together with one or more layers of PVB film under high temperature and pressure conditions. Glass and film in the middle can be laminated with different thicknesses and colors according to customers' needs.
Laminated glass is safety glass.
When broken, the fragments of the laminated glass still stick together through the PVB film in the middle, the glass does not fall out and keeps the object in contact with the glass not falling out, minimizing the possibility of causing damage.
When using special glass layers, combined with special film layers, compound glass can be used in anti-storm, anti-theft, bullet-proof applications, etc.
Laminated glass filters out 99% of ultraviolet (UV) light.
